COMES COMPLETE WITH MANUFACTURERS BOX, DSi SYSTEM, STYLUS, ADAPTOR, MANUAL AND ALL THE OTHER PAPERS AND INSERTS IT CAME WITH INCLUDING WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD. EVERYTHING IS STILL IN THEIR ORIGINAL BAGS. 
CONDITION: LIKE NEW: THE SYSTEM IS NEW BUT I THINK IT HAS BEEN OPENED. THE OUTSIDE PART THAT IS BLUE HAS A COUPLE OF VERY FINE SCRATCHES (BARELY NOTICEABLE). 
I PURCHASED THIS SYSTEM ON EBAY AS NEW FOR MY SON FOR CHRISTMAS BUT WHEN I GOT IT IT WAS OPEN. I OPENED IT AND NOTICED THAT IT HAD BEEN OPENED BEFORE AND WANT TO BUY A BRAND NEW ONE THAT IS SEALED FOR HIM SINCE IT’S A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I TURNED IT ON AND IT WORKS JUST FINE AND NOTHING WAS SETUP ON IT SO I BELIEVE IT WAS NEVER USED.
